Adult Group Dance Lessons Description:
 Kids Group Dance Lessons Description:
Dance Fundamentals (ages 5-7) Dance Lessons:
 Children will work on coordination, strengthening, and the
classical balletic positions of dance. They will also work on
stretching and understanding music.  
Classical Ballroom Dancing, Intro Dance Lessons:
 Learn to dance the waltz, tango, foxtrot, viennese waltz, and
quickstep. Develop basic technique and partnering skills. You
will also learn how to improvise and will easily be able to lead or
follow any partner.  
Ballroom Dance (ages 5-10) Dance Lessons:
Children will learn to dance all of the ballroom dances including
cha-cha, samba, rumba, paso-doble, jive, waltz, tango, foxtrot,
viennese waltz, and quickstep.
Classical Ballroom Dancing, Beginner to Interm Dance Lessons:
 Learn to dance the waltz, tango, foxtrot, viennese waltz, and
quickstep. Focus more on the technical aspect of dancing,
including keeping posture, holding a solid frame, and moving
with grace. You will also learn how to improvise and will easily
be able to lead or follow any partner.
Ballroom Dance (ages 7-10) Dance Lessons:
including cha-cha, samba, rumba, paso-doble, jive, waltz,
tango, foxtrot, viennese waltz, and quickstep. The class will
focus more on technical and partnering skills.
Ballroom and Latin Dance (ages 10-13) Dance Lessons:
Children will learn to dance all of the ballroom dances
including cha-cha, samba, rumba, paso-doble, jive, waltz,
tango, foxtrot, viennese waltz, and quickstep.
Latin Dancing, Beginner to Intermediate Dance Lessons:
Learn to dance cha-cha, samba, rumba, paso-doble,  jive,
salsa, bachata. Focus more on the techincal aspect of the
dances and learn more complicated latin dance variations. You
will also learn how to improvise and will easily be able to lead
or follow any partner.
Ballroom and Latin Dance (ages 13-15) Dance Lessons:
Children will learn to dance all of the ballroom dances
including cha-cha, samba, rumba, paso-doble, jive, waltz,
tango, foxtrot, viennese waltz, and quickstep.
Latin Dance Club, Dance Lessons:
Learn to dance Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Cha Cha, Mambo,
and other social, or club dances. You will also learn how to
improvise and will easily be able to lead or follow any partner.
 Ballroom and Latin Dance (ages 15-17) Dance Lessons:
Children will learn to dance all of the ballroom dances
including cha-cha, samba, rumba, paso-doble, jive, waltz,
tango, foxtrot, viennese waltz, quickstep, salsa, bachata.
Swing Dancing, Dance Lessons:
Learn how to dance jive, west coast swing, swing, lindy hop,
jitterbug, and hop. You will also learn how to improvise and will
easily be able to lead or follow any partner.
Stretching for Kids Dance Exercises:
This class will work on improving the flexibility and
strengthening.
Total Body Conditioning for Kids (all ages) Dance Exercises:
This class will focus on strength and endurance training. Kids
will do a variety of exerices using their own body weight as their
resistance.
A form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic
exercise with stretching and strength training routines.
